I am your average couch potato. I’m in my late forties, over weight, and not a great lover of exercise although I don’t mind a walk either around the block or along Felixstowe sea front although that does tend to lead to an ice cream or a bag of chips.
I am married have three children 1 girl, 2 boys, 2 cats and a ferret you will find photo’s of the all in the photo album
When I’m not at work I spend a lot of time in front of my computer just messing around ( I do not play games I leave that to the children ( I'm not going to show my self up)). This web page has been an ambition of mine for years and one day it will be better than this I hope my youngest son who is studying computer programming at collage will help make it better with music and graphics
